Al-Shifaa Beekeeping was founded to preserve the quality of Yemeni honey and expand its reach locally and globally, through exhibitions and trade fairs.
Honey Crystallization
Honey crystallization is a natural process where liquid honey gradually hardens. Honey high in glucose crystallizes quickly, while honey rich in fructose crystallizes slowly. This is a normal occurrence and not a sign of adulteration, as some believe.

The establishing of Al-Shifaa Beekeeping is the first step to raise the value of Yemeni honey locally and internationally and that was to prevent cheating that may make Yemeni honey and natural products lose their high value. we aim through our exhibitions, that started in the two cities (Sana’a and Aden) and through our participation ni the commercial exhibition, we aim to provide the best and to satisfy our customer’s needs inside and outside the country.
